Piya Milan is a Romantic Drama Film focusing on the life of a Young Girl in search of true love, and she marries a smart man, living happily and fighting against facing problems from society.

Rajkumari Vijaya lives a wealthy lifestyle in a palace along with her widower father, the Raja. One day the latter receives a royal visitor, the Raja of Pavan Desh into his palace. This Raja is smitten by Vijaya's beauty and wants to wed her. When he approach's Vijaya's father, he is politely turned down, as her marriage is to take place with a male named Mahindra. Unable to get Vijaya out of his mind, the Raja connives with the Senapati, and with his help, entraps her father in a web of lies and deceit, and has him imprisoned. Vijaya turns to Mahindra for help - and finds out he cannot help her at all as he has lost his mind - and is displaying childlike behavior. The question remains: Who will now prevent the Raja from having his way with her?

Raja is a small-time smuggler. His sweetheart, Priya does not approve of this, and convinces him to give up his smuggling activities, and turn the information over to the police. He does so, only to find that he has been framed for a murder he did not commit. When he decides to entrust himself to the justice of the courts, he is convicted of murder and sentenced to jail. In jail he encounters more problems, and needs all his wits to stay alive. Back to Priya; Raja's former smuggling colleagues, including corrupt police officers are openly harassing her, and no one seems to be able to look after her. Raja must get out of jail to find out who has framed him, and who is the king-pin behind the smuggling ring.
